Ski holidays can be very fun, especially if you spend hours of the day on the ski slopes. Nevertheless, skiing and snowboarding can lead to you becoming very tired by the end of each day. It's therefore useful to have your holiday apartment nearby the ski slopes so that you can easily rest and recuperate your body with some sound sleep.
For instance, there are a number of popular ski destinations in Canada e.g. in Vancouver. One of the most famous ski resorts nearby Vancouver is Whistler Blackcomb, which is deemed as the largest ski resort in North America. Vancouver is the closest city to this resort, and it may be useful to book some accomodation in Vancouver especially if the lodgings at Whistler Blackcomb itself are fully booked out.
You could go Canadian skiiing in other parts of the country too, or go skiing near your apartment in Boston (Massachusetts) which is located in the United States. From your Boston accomodation, it's only 90 minutes away from the Mount Sunapee Ski Area to the north.
